It is always convenient to keep your own car at your second home.  But a car that sits too long – may not always start up.  Also, when the temperature drops the batteries tend to die. 

We use trickle chargers on the cars and start the cars weekly.  This way the batteries stay fresh.  A little bit of driving every three weeks makes sure everything is in running order.
